UNDER THE EAGLE’S WING
APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM
A nine-month apprenticeship program for graduates
of the Under the Eagle School Mentorship Program.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM
with Shayne Case
The Apprenticeship Program is designed as a transformational journey, building on the foundational practices introduced in the Mentorship Program.
Participants deepen their connection to elemental balance, self-awareness, and communication with the natural world, plants, minerals, ancestors, and unseen spirits.
This program cultivates confidence and trust in both innate and learned healing abilities, creating a sanctuary for those called to explore meaningful connections with nature and find a community that honors sensitivity, shared devotion, and reciprocal relationships with all of life.
Through this journey, apprentices prepare to enter a collective healing paradigm—one where entire communities are invited to participate in healing both personal and generational wounds, fostering resilience and harmony across generations. .
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
CORE VALUES & PHILOSOPHY
Central to the Apprenticeship Program is a commitment to nurturing belonging within a community that honors the earth and all its relations.
It fosters a spirit of reciprocity that values the wisdom of each individual, the knowledge passed down through ancestral legacies, and the teachings of indigenous traditions.
The community is dedicated to building sustainable and respectful relationships, empowering participants to use their unique gifts to support the flourishing of both human and non-human communities.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
LEARNING & TRANSFORMATION
The Apprenticeship Program offers an expansive and empowering journey that instills participants with confidence, clarity of purpose, and a deep connection to a lifelong community of collaborators.
By the program’s end, participants gain a heightened ability to communicate with non-human relatives—plants, stones, spirits, and ancestors—strengthening their unique path of healership.
Many emerge with a foundation of self-trust and a profound sense of reciprocity that resonates within themselves, their families, and their broader communities.
ENROLLMENT & TUITION
Applications are due by January 1st.
The tuition is $4500, with payment options available as a one-time fee or in monthly installments over a 13-month period.
For those ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery, community, and connection with all of life’s relations, the Apprenticeship Program offers a unique space to grow, learn, and contribute to a world rooted in harmony and respect.

Between sessions, participants engage in monthly online learning and discussion groups (Medicine Stories) and participate in skill-building salons focused on plant studies, channeling, medicine-making, and energetic bodywork.
